Hi, I’m Mark Thompson.
I started Super Simple 365 in late 2020 because I was struggling to keep up with Microsoft 365 myself – spending hours in the Message Centre, taking notes, trying to stay on top of what was changing.
I figured I couldn’t be the only one. So I built this site as a plain English reference for end users, trainers, super users, and anyone responsible for staying up to date on what’s new across Microsoft 365.
I’m a Microsoft 365 adoption consultant helping people and teams make the most of M365 and Copilot. I also run live monthly sessions helping organisations prepare for what’s coming.
Nearly 1,000 posts and counting – because Microsoft never stops changing.
