Details
Microsoft will soon release an update to the Copilot Prompt Gallery app, introducing enhancements designed to improve usability and support organisational productivity:
- New Home Page – you will see a redesigned home page that simplifies navigation and improves the overall user experience.
- Enhanced Prompt Browsing – the updated interface will make it easier for you to explore and engage with available prompts.
- Organisational Prompt Management – you will be able to create, publish, and manage prompts tailored to your organisation’s needs. These prompts will be accessible directly within the app, allowing you and colleagues to browse and use them.
In the screenshot below, note the easy access to your Saved, Teams, Liked, and Organisation prompts on the left menu and the neatly presented suggestions in the middle:
