Short Version
When you ask Copilot Chat on mobile to draft an email, it now shows an embedded Outlook compose experience right within the chat, so you can review the draft and open it in Outlook Mobile to finish and send. Due mid-August to mid-September 2026.
Details
When Copilot detects that you’re asking it to draft an email, it displays an embedded Outlook draft (1) directly within Copilot Chat, rather than describing the email as plain text. You can review the generated draft without leaving the chat, and when you’re happy with it, open it in Outlook Mobile (2) to continue editing and send it.
This streamlines what’s already a fairly common action, no more copying Copilot’s suggested wording into a new email yourself.
Availability
Due mid-August to mid-September 2026.
For Admins
This is enabled by default for eligible users, and no admin configuration is required.
