TL;DR
Microsoft Lists, Lists items, and Lists forms will display more details when shared in Teams chats and channels. Due mid-January to early February 2025.
Details
With this update, new details will be displayed in a Teams chat or channel for these links.
For Lists links, a List icon and the name and path of the list will be displayed.
For Lists item links, a List item icon, the title of a specific list item, and the path of the list will be displayed.
For Lists form links, a List form icon, the form title, and apparently, directions for a user to fill out the form will be displayed.
Note the distinct icon for each of the above links. To appreciate this update, it’s worth reminding ourselves how sharing a list, an item, and a Lists form looks now:
