You will soon be able to use Microsoft Copilot in PowerPoint to convert paragraphs of text into bullet points or numbered lists. Initially, you will need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence to access this feature, but it will be available to all Microsoft 365 licences in the near future.
This feature will be accessible on PowerPoint for Windows desktop, Mac desktop, and the web. To use it, you will select the text block, click the Copilot icon next to the text, and choose “Visualise as a list”:
