Short Version
Microsoft is introducing a new meeting ‘join bar’ to help you access meetings you’ve RSVP’d as “Yes” or “Tentative”. Due mid to late July 2025.
Details
When your meeting(s) start(s), a banner will appear, allowing you to join or chat. For multiple meetings, the banner will display the meeting count and offer a “View More” option, allowing you to choose which meeting to join.
This should reduce the chances of you missing a meeting start and make it quicker to join them.
Turn on/off in Teams settings > Notifications and activity > Meetings:
