Short Version
You will be able to discover and acquire new agents (and view installed ones) from the existing apps pane in meetings, and interact with those agents within the context of the meeting. Due mid to late June 2025.
Details
This update will enable you to bring interactive agents into Microsoft Teams meetings and one-on-one calls, allowing you to engage privately or with the group. You will see zero-state prompts (the initial suggestions or guidance shown to you before you type anything into the chat box – what Copilot displays when the conversation is in its default, untouched state) and history support (they can remember the context of previous interactions in the same session ).
Key points:
- Easy interaction with agents during and in the context of meetings and calls
- Simple interaction with zero-state prompts
- History support
- Work privately with the agent, or share with the group
