As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat (BizChat) user, when you ask Copilot to help you schedule a meeting with someone (1), it will offer an option to Continue in Outlook to schedule the meeting (2).
A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use this feature.
