Microsoft Teams will soon prompt meeting organisers of recurring meetings, with 3-50 invitees, to create a Loop workspace for sharing and collaborating on meeting content. Now due mid-May to late June 2024.

After the meeting ends, organisers will be prompted to create a Loop workspace:
You can then review and confirm workspace members as well as the shared content (meeting recordings, M365 content, Loop meeting notes, etc.:
The Loop workspace will then be created, invites sent to the meeting members, and the shared content linked in a Loop workspace.
