TL;DR
Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook will soon help you prepare for upcoming meetings by summarising key information such as the purpose, action items, pre-reads and related discussions. Now due late January to late February 2025.

Details
As a Microsoft 365 Copilot user, you will see a Prepare with Copilot button when opening the meeting invite in the new Outlook and web calendar. This new button will appear for meetings with shared meeting-related content and more than two attendees*.

If a summary is available* for a meeting, you will see a Prepare with Copilot button in your meeting invite:

After you select Prepare with Copilot, the summary is generated and displayed:

Each summary is grounded in content you can access, so your summary may differ from others.

I look forward to seeing if this update applies to the new calendar experience coming to Teams.
