In meetings, Facilitator will create live, real-time notes and tasks as the meeting progresses. Everyone can collaborate on the notes along with the agent.
In chat, Facilitator will create and maintain an up-to-date summary of important information as the conversation happens, such as decisions, actions, and open questions to resolve.
Notes:
- The facilitator app will be on by default unless blocked by your organisation.
- Applies to Teams for Windows desktop, Teams for Mac desktop, Teams for the web, and Teams for iOS/Android.
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use this feature.
