TL;DR
New Outlook and Outlook web will soon allow you to view and update your Work Hours and Location in the My Day pane. Now due mid-December 2024 to early January 2025.

Details
Before this update, you had to navigate Outlook > Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location to manage your Work Hours and Location (WHL). You will still be able to do this, but there’s an easier way…

You will soon be able to view and manage your WHL from the My Day pane in new Outlook ad Outlook web.

The My Day icon opens the pane:


You can then set up and view WHL:
