Microsoft is making it easier in Teams to quickly view ‘read’ items when in an ‘unread-only’ view.
In Teams, you can filter chat and channel lists to and unread-only view (1). A new eye icon next to a section will open a list of read chats or channels within that section (2). You will then be able to select and open those items without leaving the ‘unread’ filter view (3):
