TL;DR
Microsoft Teams and Outlook will soon include a feature that enables you to record and share the pronunciation of your name on your profile cards. Due mid-January 2025 to mid-February 2025.

Details
To record the pronunciation of a name, open your profile card in Outlook (new or web) or Teams and select the microphone icon:


Pronunciation data is stored in each user’s mailbox until the user deletes the recording.

Applies to Teams desktop, new Outlook for Windows desktop, and new Outlook for web.

For the admins
This feature is off by default. As an admin, you can enable the feature using these instructions: namePronunciationSettings resource type – Microsoft Graph beta | Microsoft Learn.

Due mid-January to mid-February 2025.
