TL;DR
Microsoft Clipchamp has launched for Microsoft 365 commercial accounts. Clipchamp runs in the Edge and Chrome browsers and is accessible as an online app, via the Add New/New menu in OneDrive and SharePoint on the web, and by editing an existing video. Available now.
Details
As a user with one of the following licenses: Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, or Microsoft 365 Business Premium, you will have access to Clipchamp.
You can access Clipchamp for work from the following locations:
- The “New” and “Edit” menu in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint document libraries
- The microsoft365.com app launcher – Clipchamp app
Clipchamp allows you to trim or join video recordings saved on OneDrive or SharePoint, add text overlays, record screen or webcam, and more. All your videos are stored securely on OneDrive or SharePoint for sharing. You can watch the product overview or review the FAQs for more information.

Available now, but may be as late as the end of 2023 for some users.
