How to use this feature:

  1. When this is available to you, start by turning it on: Outlook Settings > Copilot > Prioritise> Priority view. Choose to show 1 to 3 days of email.
  2. In your mailbox, select the Copilot sparkle icon (1)
  3.  You can then swipe between High Priority (2) and
  4.  Needs replies (3):
