You will soon be able to customise your Teams experience by choosing an accent colour for the Teams shell, and your choice will show up across Teams. This change is cosmetic and does not impact functionality or performance.
The accent colour options will appear under Settings > Appearance:
In this example, the user’s Pink choice appears across Teams:
