Short Version
The new dynamic filtering experience in Copilot search displays a set of source-specific filters. Due early December 2025 to early January 2026.
Details
Microsoft is introducing a dynamic filtering experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot search. When you select a data source such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow (SNOW), Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or Copilot Chat (1), the interface displays a set of filters tailored to that source (2).

These refiners let you narrow results by attributes unique to the selected data source.
A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required for this feature.
Availability
Due early December 2025 to early January 2026.
