Microsoft is enhancing the “Manage what attendees see” feature in meetings by adding simple toggles to bring presenters on or off screen, live indicators, pinning and more. Due late August to early September 2024.

This update appears to apply to Teams town halls, and only to webinars and meetings as part of Teams Premium.
After this rollout, the Manage what attendees see feature will include:
- Toggles to bring presenters on or off screen
- Live indicators
- Pinning
- Pagination
- New fit-to-frame presenter layout in Manage screen in the left panel.
The updates will apply to meetings or events created after mid-September 2024.

Due late August to early September 2024.
