Currently, you see separate emoji, GIF and sticker pickers when composing a message or post in Teams:
With this update emojis, GIFs, and stickers will be combined in one picker under the smiley face icon. Clicking the smiley face will open the new, combined picker:

It is currently unknown if this update will impede the ability of the Fun Police in your organisation’s I.T. department to hide these light-hearted, efficient, people-connecting means of communication.
