PowerPoint users with a M365 Copilot license will soon be able to reference up to 5 files when creating a presentation. Due mid-June to early July 2025.

Details
After this rollout, you will be able to reference up to 5 files for Copilot to use when creating a presentation. Select the Copilot icon from the PowerPoint ribbon and choose Create a presentation with file, as you do now:


You’ll be able to search for up to 5 files one-by-one by name (or by pasting URLs) from OneDrive and SharePoint:


For reference, here’s the existing Copilot prompt box in PowerPoint, only the wording is changing:
