Lists and list items are usually available to everyone with permissions to the site. This release will allow you to share Microsoft Lists using the same sharing links options that you have been using for files and folders. Mid-May to late June.

Lists and list items are usually available to everyone with permissions to the site. This release will allow you to share Microsoft Lists using the same sharing links options that you have been using for files and folders.
You can now share entire lists using sharing links. The experience is identical to the sharing links experiences that are supported for files and folders.
The same admin controls that apply to sharing files and folders will also apply to lists and list items.
Availability:
Microsoft will begin rolling this out in mid-May and expect to complete rollout by late June.
