Teams Town Hall organisers and presenters to get an exclusive chat area

TL;DR
The new Microsoft Teams feature for Town Hall allows organisers, presenters, and external presenters to engage in private discussions before, during, and after their virtual events, facilitating real-time collaboration. Now due mid-July to late July 2024.

Details
This feature is accessed via the Town Hall Scheduling form, the Teams Calendar, or the event’s Details page. The chat appears in their chat pane and can be accessed from within the in-meeting chat by selecting the tab for Organisers and Presenters. The event organiser must define their presenters and external presenters on the Town Hall Scheduling form for this exclusive group chat to be created.
