Short Version
Microsoft is adding Undo and Redo support for PDF annotations in OneDrive and SharePoint on the web. Due early to mid-April 2026.
Details
This update brings the web experience in line with desktop and mobile, allowing you to easily correct or reapply annotation changes (including ink, highlights, and text) while reviewing OneDrive or SharePoint PDFs in a browser.

New Undo and Redo buttons will appear on the annotation toolbar. You can also use the shortcut keys you may be familiar with to undo and redo multiple actions within the same editing session:
- Undo: Ctrl+Z (Windows), Cmd+Z (Mac)
- Redo: Ctrl+Y (Windows), Cmd+Shift+Z (Mac)
Availability
