Short Version
Copilot will soon allow you to search for and ground your prompts in Microsoft Lists. Due late March to early April 2026.
Details
Include Lists from Context IQ (1) by either typing a forward slash “/” or selecting the Plus menu (2), then Add work content:
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required.
- Only the Lists you have access to will be surfaced (3).
