If you have a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license and are sharing a Word document from within Word for the web, you will soon be able to include an AI-generated document summary of the Word document.  The document summary is included in the share notification email sent to the recipient(s):

Availability
Due mid to late March 2024.
Now due mid-March to early April 2024.
