Details
Enhanced recap sharing: Meeting organisers can grant access to meeting recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and notes by sharing a recap link with people who were not part of the original meeting.
The new Share menu will appear in the top-right corner of the recap page (1) and on the recap thumbnail in the meeting chat (1):
If you are the meeting organiser, you can specify people and click ‘Share’, or specify people and copy the recap link to share, for example, in a chat with them:
If you are not the organiser, you can still copy and share the recap link, but any recipient who was not in the meeting will need to request access when they attempt to open the link.
