TL;DR
Microsoft Teams will soon automatically share a recap message in the meeting chat after a meeting. Users with access to intelligent recap will also receive meeting insights. Due early to late April 2024.
Details
Shortly after a Teams meeting ends, a recap message will appear in the meeting chat including:
- Links to the meeting recap page
- Meeting artefacts such as (if used):
- Transcript
- Recording
- Files shared in the meeting
- Meeting Collaborative notes
- Whiteboard.
Users with access to intelligent recap, will also see meeting insights such as the list of speakers, name mentions of users in the meeting, and suggested tasks.
