TL;DR
You will soon be able to create presentations with M365 Copilot in PowerPoint using your organisation’s brand images. Due late March to early April 2025.
Details
Your organisation has three options with this update:
- Do nothing. PowerPoint will continue to use the current default: Microsoft 365 images.
- Use an organisational asset library (OAL) in Microsoft SharePoint
- Use a Templafy library, a third-party solution
If your organisation chooses to set this up, the end-user experience is very simple; you will see a slider giving you the option to ‘Only use images from my organisation’:
