TL;DR
Conditional formatting in new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web will make messages stand by using different font colours. You will be able to specify conditions such as a sender’s name or email address. Due mid-March to mid-April 2024.

Details
To create conditional formatting rules, go to Settings > Mail > Conditional Formatting.

Conditions supported:

  • From
  • I’m on the To line
  • I’m not on the To line
  • I’m on the Cc line
  • I’m on the Cc line or To line
  • Subject includes

You can select from a list of 25 different colours.

Availability
Due mid-March to mid-April 2024.
