Details
Set expiration date will let you set a date for a M365 link to expire. After that date, you will need to make a new link or reshare with people so they can continue to access the file.
Previously only available for Anyone links, this update adds link expiration to People in your organisation and People you choose links.
Applies to Microsoft 365 apps for the web, for desktop on Windows or Mac, and mobile on Android or iOS.
