SharePoint will soon have a centralised Template gallery that enables you to discover, preview, and apply over 50 Microsoft-provided templates plus custom creations.
The screenshot below shows Saved on this site (templates created by customers) and From Microsoft (OOB templates provided by Microsoft) in the new Template gallery. The templates look great, and at first glance appear to use these two features introduced over the past year: Apply shapes to images on Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint pages get flexible sections:
