If you are an Office Mobile app user, you’ll be aware that Microsoft have been making steady improvements to the app. Video creation is the latest addition.

Microsoft have announced video creation on Office Mobile. Record short videos up to 90 seconds, add text, annotations, ink etc. then trim and share. Due between now and mid-February mid-January to late February March April mid-June 2022 for enterprise users with a OneDrive Business account only.

Details:
Office Mobile is a content hub for several content types – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lens, Forms, PDFs, and most recently, videos via Stream video player integration. This allows you to access and play videos on your professional network; Teams Meetings Recordings, demos or tutorials sitting on your OneDrive for Business for example. Microsoft have now announced video creation on Office Mobile.

With Video creation feature, enterprise users (those connected with OneDrive for Business accounts) will start seeing a ‘Video’ on the app.

You can start recording short videos up to 90 seconds and add text, annotations, ink, then trim and share.



Availability:
Due between now and mid-February mid-January to late February March April mid-June 2022 for enterprise users with a OneDrive Business account only.
