Do you ever find yourself creating a meeting in teams, but having to leave your meeting scheduling window to check a detail or confirm something? This mild annoyance is about to be solved…

Details:
Microsoft will be releasing a new feature in Microsoft Teams that will enable you to pop out the scheduling form as a separate window. Currently, you need to switch back-and-forth between apps to multi-task in in the Teams calendar.

The popped-out new scheduling form window while creating a new meeting (the update reads like the window may pop out by default):


Existing meetings can also be popped out by clicking on the icon on the scheduling form:

Availability:
Due late October to late November 2022.
Now due by mid-January 2023.
